As a Graphic Designer at Mark & Emily Toronto, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You’ll create engaging, modern, and impactful designs for our website, marketing campaigns, and social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design attractive and user-friendly visual elements for our website, such as banners, product images, and landing pages.

  • Create marketing materials for multiple channels including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and translate creative concepts into strong visual content.

  • Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.

  • Continuously improve our digital presence through thoughtful, conversion-driven design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

  • Strong aesthetic sense and excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Mark & Emily Toronto is looking for an enthusiastic Retail & Customer Experience Associate to join our team.

In this role, you’ll represent our brand and ensure every customer receives an outstanding online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email, chat, or social media with product inquiries, sizing, and order information.

  • Provide personalized style and product recommendations that align with our brand identity.

  • Support daily online store operations, including order tracking and after-sales service.
